Designing websites is hard work. There are a lot of creative people out there, designing beautiful and elegant websites. If you're like me and your creative side dried up a while ago then its always handy to know a few websites to draw some inspiration from. Below is a list of my 'go-to' websites to get a bit of inspiration when designing a new website.
If you're looking for inspiration, why not start with the best. Awwwards (as it says in the title) is made up of all the websites that have been voted for in categories such as Site of the day and Site of the year.
Dribble is a little less specific than other 'website websites' (I know). Dribbble is basically a website to show all types of design work, be it fun animations or inspiring websites. I recommend creating an account, you can then follow your favourite designers and keep up to date with their work, like a low key, less annoying Facebook.
Behance like Dribbble isnt 100% specific to websites. Its made up of everything from designers who have re-designed their favourite website, to amazing colour palettes. Behance has been around for a while so you could days scrolling through, being amazed. Behance also has following system, meaning you can keep up to date with your favourite designers.
